Keep ・ It ・ Kaimuki ・ Saturday （ Keep it Kaimuki Saturday ）, a local favorite for family fun, will be held again this year before the holiday season. Now in its eighth year, more than 30 Kaimuki area businesses will sponsor a variety of specials and sales on November 30 （ Saturday ） from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Free trolleys will run along Waialae Avenue that day, children's activities and live entertainment at Ali'iolani Elementary School will add to the holiday spirit. Pets are welcome on Keep ・ It ・ Kaimuki ・ Saturday.

"Keep ・ It ・ Kaimuki （ Keep it Kaimuki ）" is a project by residents, shop owners, and Kaimuki residents who want to bring more people into Kaimuki, a town of small independent stores and restaurants that still retains its old world charm. The slogan "Kaimuki " expresses the wish of the residents, store owners, and Kaimuki workers to make Kaimuki known to more people.
