Itabashi Ward will hold the biggest festival in the ward, "Itabashi Kumin Matsuri" on October 19 （ Saturday ） and 20 （ Sunday ）, 2024.

Itabashi Ward Green Hall （ 36-1 Sakae-cho, Itabashi Ward ） The road in front of （ Festival Plaza ） will be the main venue, with surrounding schools, parks and other facilities, a total of 10 locations, making this festival a condensed version of Itabashi's charm.

The theme of this year's festival is "Itabashi, the city of picture books, where the future is a mere tour and a flickering picture book. It expresses the desire to convey the charms of Itabashi Ward through the citizens' festival so that everyone can create a brilliant future and enjoy Itabashi as if they were turning the pages of a picture book, with each person playing a leading role. The previous events will be elaborated to make them more enjoyable for all visitors. In addition, the "Picture Book Town Plaza," a corner unique to "Itabashi, City of Picture Books," will be further upgraded from last year's event, and in addition to the junior high school gymnasium, part of the school building will be utilized for immersion in the "picture book" culture, with contents for all to enjoy.

You can "see" dances and mikoshi, "eat" many famous products from the ward and cooperating cities, and "experience" picture book culture, It is a two-day event where you can fully enjoy Itabashi.
