Sushi restaurant "SUSHIDELIC NY", which offers an "immersive kawaii dining experience", celebrates its 1st anniversary.

SUSHIDELIC ・ New York, USA （ read ： Sushi restaurant SUSHIDELIC ） will celebrate its first anniversary at the end of June. To show our appreciation, we will hold "SUSHIDELIC 1st Anniversary Special Days" for 4 days from June 27 （ Thursday ） to June 30 （ Sunday ）.


■ About "SUSHIDELIC NY"

"SUSHIDELIC NY" is the most popular Japanese food in America and already integrated into our lifestyle, "SUSHI （ SUSHI ） SUSHI ・ opened in June 2023 in the SOHO district of New York City, where highly sensitive people gather, as a sushi restaurant updated from a new perspective under the creative direction of artist ・ Sebastian Masuda, who creates works with a unique sense of color. The interior of the restaurant is like a world of its own. The interior of the restaurant is a psychedelic and iconic space that makes you feel as if you have wandered into another world. It offers an "immersive kawaii dining experience" that goes beyond a simple restaurant meal, where you can see, touch, and eat Sebastian Masuda's "kawaii".

This year, the restaurant won the grand prize in the project category of the "CJPF Award 2024" sponsored by the Cool Japan Public-Private Partnership Platform, making it a New Generation Sushi Restaurant where you can experience the charm of Japan.

■ Various events to celebrate the first anniversary of opening

June 27 （ Thursday ） to 30 （ Sunday , "SUSHIDELIC 1st Anniversary Special Days" will be held for four days to celebrate the first anniversary of the opening. During the event, Derrick Cat, the icon of SUSHIDELIC NY, and Monster Girl from "KAWAII MONSTER CAFE", a Harajuku brand produced by Sebastian Masuda, will welcome customers, and DJ music will liven up the store.

In addition, on June 27 （ ） Thursday , there will be a "SUSHIDELIC 1st Anniversary Celebration Party" with special food and sweets available only on that day （ free of charge until they are gone and original cocktails featuring the classic Japanese shochu highball arranged in the image of the city of Tokyo.

And on the last day, June 30 （ Sunday ）, a new menu of family friendly restaurant open every Sunday, SUSHI TOWER （ Sushi Tower ）, HARAJUKU PARFAIT （ HARAJUKU PARFAIT ）" and other offerings, as well as colorful monster sweets made with children by the monster girls at KAWAII MONSTER CAFE, Harajuku makeup and other hands-on content.

■ POP UP STORE of 2 brands from Harajuku
During the "SUSHIDELIC 1st Anniversary Special Days," a POP UP STORE of two brands produced by artist ・ Sebastian Masuda, creative director of SUSHIDELIC NY. STORE will appear in the store.

"6%DOKIDOKI", an apparel brand that opened a store in Harajuku in 1995 and became a pioneer of Harajuku Kawaii culture, and "6%DOKIDOKI", an apparel brand that offers the world's most colorful TOKYO experience with the concept of "the most colorful TOKYO experience". Original items from "KAWAII MONSTER CAFE," which presents a crazy world view, will be available for a limited time only.
