学生ビザで語学学校へ5年間滞在し、来週帰国します。
2ヶ月後ハワイへ友人と行く予定なのですが観光ビザで入国可能なのでしょうか?
お手数ですがどなたか教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

今は観光ビザはなかなかおりないですよ。取る方が大変です。それよりハワイ滞在が２ヶ月ならビザ免除でいいんじゃないですか?そのほうが怪しまれないと思います。

観光ビザで入国可能かどうかはESTAをパスできるかどうかがすべてなんじゃ?
後は入国審査で引っ掛かるかどうかだけだと思うけど。
そんなに心配する程違法なことしてきたの?

５年も滞在していて日本に一度も帰る必要はなかったの?
観光ビザで入国して何するの? 観光だけ?
５年も語学学校に滞在してれば学校が休みの時期にいろいろ国内観光できたろうに。
まあ５年も語学学校に行くくらいだからまともに学校に行っていないのでは?

ハワイへ行かれる際に、パッケージツアー（フリーステイ）を利用する、というのはどうかしらん?
アメリカに滞在していた人間が、帰国後に観光でハワイへ行く、というのは変じゃない感じですんで。
旅行会社もハワイに大量にお客を送り込んでいる有名どころを使えば、なんとなく信頼度も上がる?かなぁ。
観光ビザをハワイへの旅行のためだけに申請する方が、事態をもしかするとややこしくしてしまうかもしれません。
ビザ却下となると、入国事態今後難しくなるかもしれないし。
でもほんと、憶測しかできませんよね…。
すべては入国審査官の胸のうち（と気分）だから。
