Vivinavi Los Angelesコンドミニアムに住まれている方へ

今コンドミニアムに１階に１部屋を借りて住んでいます。２階に住む別のFAMILYの
FAULTで、私のPCが壊れてしまいました。私も２階の家族もそれぞれRentingしていて、オーナーはそれぞれ異なります。そこでコンドミニアムに住まれている方、又はHOME OWNER'ｓ ASSOCIATIONに詳しい方にお伺いしたいと思います。このケースの場合、私は私のオーナーにPCを弁償してもらうべきでしょうか?又は２階の家族とオーナーに責任を問うべきでしょうか?直接Eメール頂けると助かります。
どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

＞もちろん建物から生じた件（例えばパイプの欠陥から出た事故等）はHOME OWNER'S Associationの責任になります。
もしHOME OWNER'S Associationの責任だったら、なおさら無視されるじゃん。テナントがAssociationを当てにしても無駄だってこと。

基本的にオーナーは自分のプロパティーに対しては保険に入っていても
テナントさんのプロパティー(個人の所有物）に対しては保険にはいっていないと思いますし
又はいる必要はないと思います。
これはアメリカに限らず日本でもそうでしょう?
所有物が盗まれたり 火事を出して家具とかが燃えても あなた自身が保険にはいっていないと
カバーされません。
結論としてオーナーには責任がないと思います。もし天井や壁にシミとかができたとしたら
オーナーかassociationが加入している保険で
直すか、上に住んでいる人の責任なら（過失で水を溢れさせたりした場合）上の人が責任を取る
事になるでしょう。
