どなたかロサンゼルスでトリッパが食べれるお店ご存知ですか?
もし、ご存知なら教えてください！
もしくは、材料(ハチノスやミノの部分など)が手に入る場所があれば教えてください。
日系やアジアマーケットでも、大腸や小腸などのホルモンは見つけることはあるのですが、ハチノスやミノの部分は見たことがないです。たまに、韓国焼肉でハチノスなどがメニューにありますが、韓国スーパーでも売っているのを見たことがありません。
よろしくお願いします。

飲茶のメニューにありますよ♪ チャイナタウンやモントレーパークの、人気がある飲茶レストランだったら、絶対にメニューにありますよ♪ モントレーパークの飲茶のテイクアウトのお店などにもあります。
味付け前の物なら、モントレーパーク方面の、大きなチャイニーズマーケットの精肉コーナーで売っているのも見かけた事があります。

トライプさん、メヌードではないです。メヌードももちろん好きなのですが、もっと日本とかイタリアのようなトマト味の強いソースのが食べたいのです。もし、私が食べたメヌードが違っただけなら、よければ、トライプさんのおすすめのメヌードが食べれるお店教えてください。
