Vivinavi Los Angelesリニューしたグリーンカードの有効期限

数年前に離婚をし現在そのままの夫の名前で生活していますが、
パスポートも永住権も近々有効期限を迎える事となります。
パスポートが半年後、永住権（10年もの）が再来年更新となりますが、
名前が違う事で入国のトラブルになりたくないため、
少し早いですが永住権の名前もパスポート更新にあわせて旧姓に戻そうと思っています。
そこで質問なのですが、永住権の名前をリニューした場合、
そこから10年間のグリーンカードを発行してもらえるのでしょうか?
それとも当初の再来年までの有効期限で再発行されるのでしょうか?
ネットで調べたのですが情報が見つからないため経験者の方教えてください。
よろしくお願いします。

離婚の際に旧姓に戻りたい意思を加えておりますか? もしも そうでない場合 苗字変更にはお金がかかるはずです。 それをした後に SSNを変え 免許書き換えをして GCの更新の際に苗字の変更も一緒に可能ですよ。
名前変更もGCの更新も同じ金額がかかるので せっかくだったら 更新まで待った方が良いのではないでしょうか?
