モービルハウスのお住いの方に質問です。
上物は購入するとして、土地代はレントとなると思います。
そうなると、支出として
上物のローン
土地代の毎月のレンタル代
光熱費
その他何がかかりますか？
プロパティータックス？
プールとか付いているコミュニティーだと管理費？
また５５＋などの条件がある場合、日本から孫などが遊びに来た場合泊めることは可能ですか？
カーソンはレントコントロールがあると聞きましたので、一軒家、コンドを買う以外にもモービルハウスという選択枠もありかなと思った次第です。
お住まいの方のお話をぜひお聞きしたいです。
