Last weekend, we received a request from a person who had to replace a part of the exterior wall for various reasons.

The house's existing exterior wall material was out of print and unavailable.

So our ace carpenter, whom we have featured on this hot list before, took a flat, unpainted siding

and used tools to create a groove that fit beautifully with the surrounding tile-like exterior wall (see photo).
