Most of the victims are women. I can only recall a Japanese man wearing a Rolex watch who was the victim of a theft
on Kuhio Street.
I once had three young local women have their handbags stolen
from one local man on Ala Wai street, I guess they thought they were safe because there were only three of them.
I thought it was better for women not to walk around with others.
Even private lockers in Waikiki condos that are locked with security
are frequently broken into.
Hawaii has fewer incidents than other states, but I never felt safe and secure.
Tourists should be very careful.

Walking home late at night is dangerous anywhere in Hawaii. As a matter of probability, the Ala Wai area is high. But even around Ala Moana, where the probability is low, the probability is high in some places. First of all, due to the size/weight of the car, it will be shipped by sea.

Even so, the shipping cost will be ridiculously high, and after landing in Japan, the car has to go through vehicle inspection,

which will be troublesome and expensive. Even if the car is made in Japan, it will not be exempted from another inspection.

Also, even if the car is made in Japan, the steering wheel is on the left, which makes it difficult to drive on Japanese roads.

What is Akihabara in Kanda, I don't recommend it either.

Our recommendation is to get a head start on basic English grammar while you are in Japan.
There should be a placement test on the first day of school, so if you enter a high level class there, you will find students who speak fluently even though it is their second language. You should buy any grammar reference book and go through at least two rounds. If you mention learning English in Hawaii, you will get a lot of flak, but that's because most people hang out or play with only Japanese people.

I think you should use English as much as possible.

If you cannot speak English, you are wasting your time.
So, I think you should try to dive into the English-only world as much as possible.

English is something you get used to, so I think you should be proactive about being in an English-only world.

Since English in class is not enough, it is good to watch TV without captions
or movies without Japanese subtitles on a daily basis.
