初めまして。
自分は肩こりがひどいのですが、よく「枕を変えた方がいい」というアドバイスを聞きます。皆様のお薦めの枕は何ですか?
ちなみに私はback sleeperです。メモリーフォームの枕を一度使って見ましたが、硬くて眠れませんでした。もちろん、個人的な好みや体に合うかどうかで「いい枕」の定義も変わってくるとは思うのですが、あまりにもたくさんの種類の枕があって、どれから試していいか迷っています。
お薦めの枕があれば是非教えてください☆

“王様の夢枕” のお陰で肩こりが解消し、快眠ライフを送っています。
個々の首と肩の高さに枕がジャストフィットしてくれるので、オーダーメイドさながらの良質です。

私もずいぶんいろいろ試しましたがメモリーフォームはだめでした。柔らかすぎても硬すぎてもだめで、結局ものすごく安かったターゲットのデコレーション用のピローが一番心地よくて、ずっと使っています。ただ、kujiさんのおっしゃるように、筋肉がないのも肩こりの原因になっているかもです。それから硬すぎるマットレスも。私は水泳やヨガなどをしているときはほとんど肩こりを感じませんが、運動不足になるとたちまち肩こり、頭痛などいろんな症状が出てきます。
