2ベッド1バスのアパートに3年住んでいますが、今年2月になって4月から200ドルレントが上がるという手紙をもらいました。
200ドル上がると毎月のレントが1600
ドルになってしまい、私達にとって無理がありますので、他のアパートに移りたいと考えております。現在サウスベイでの2ベッド1バスの平均家賃はいくらくらいなのでしょうか？
ご存知でしたら教えて下さい。
