アメリカでI-797Aを習得した後、東京の大使館で面接を受けた所、却下されてしまいました。 何度か弁護士を通してAppealしましたが通りませんでした。
アパートも車もそのままで日本に来てしまったので、一度整理しに渡米したいのですが、1度 VISAを却下されているので、どのような手続きをしたらよろしいでしょうか?
東京のアメリカ大使館に問い合わせた所、DS-160で再申請できると言われましたが、一度却下されると大変難しいと聞いております。何かアドバイス頂けたら助かります。
宜しくお願い致します。

回りの公証役場には言うな！！。。この激安を！！
