質問があります。
クリスマスカードとして、ボタンを押すとメロディーが鳴る仕組みになっているカードを日本に送るべく、郵便局に行きました。
その際、USPSの窓口の方から「メロディーカード？」と聞かれ、そうです、と返事をしたところ一旦小さめの書類への記載を求められたため、記載して再度窓口に行きました。
別の窓口担当者に手渡したところ、今度はその書類は不要と言われ、さらに「メロディーカード？今後はあまり送らないでね」と言われた(と捉えています)のですが、なぜなのでしょうか？テロ対策関連でしょうか？
カード自体は4ドルほどの送料で送ることができました。今後のために教えていただけると嬉しいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

なるほど、電池が良くないのですね……。そこまで考えずにカードを選んでしまいました。いい経験になりました。
