日本で月経困難症と診断され毎月 生理痛に悩まされています。
最近 医者（日本）から処方させたものではなく 市販されているナロンエースでもよく効くことはわかり日本から送ってもらっているのですが 出来たらこちらで あう薬を見つけられたらと思っています。一度 MIDOLという薬を勧められ飲んだのですが 効きが悪く
気持ち悪くなってしまうので 自分には合わないと思い やめました。もしこちらの薬で これはいい！というものがありましたら教えてください。

痛み止めの成分には種類があり、どれが効くかは個人差がありますよね。
ナロンエースが効くということでしたら、主成分はイブプロフェンですので同じ主成分でこちらで買える薬だとAdvilがポピュラーです。
試してみたらいかがでしょう。
ちなみにMidolの主成分はアセトアミノフェンになります。
生理痛の原因、和らげる方法も色々なので一度こちらでも病院に行かれるといいですね。

"Pamprin"は、PMSの症状全般に効く鎮痛剤です。
成分など問題なければ、試してみる価値あるかも。

Buscopan,これも鎮痛剤と同じく対処療法の１つです。生理痛は子宮の痙攣が原因なので、内臓の痙攣を抑えるBuscopanは効果を実感される方が多い薬です。（緑内障の方は使えません。）
もし生理痛が以前に比べてひどくなっていて、痛み止めの必要量が増えているために胃腸症状が出ているといった場合には、子宮内膜症など何らかの病気によることがありますので、婦人科の受信をお勧めします。
