ゲップですごく悩んでます。どうやったら治りますか?10回連続とか、一日ゲップしてる感じです。キャべジン、GAS-Xとか飲んで見ましたか全く効果なし。友人はこのままだと胃の病気になるからやばいって言うんですけど。真剣に悩んでます。
たかがゲップぐらいでって思わないで下さい。ホントに困ってるんです。やっぱり胃が悪いからですかね?
教えてください。

食事を取った後や炭酸類を飲んだ後以外でゲップを出るのは体のどこかに異常があると知らせているのではないでしょうか。
それは早急にお医者さんに見てもらうべきだと思います。
普段起こらない事が症状として起こるときは、少なからず体のどこかがおかしいからだと思います。

Gasを発生させやすい食べ物を食べ過ぎてませんか?炭酸飲料はもちろん、豆類、ブロッコリー、オニオン、パスタなどなど。。。
最近になって急にげっぷがひどくなったのであれば、胃腸の調子がおかしいのかもしれませんね。ここで聞くより、ちゃんとプロフェッショナルに見てもらうほうがいいですよ。
ちなみに、gas-xは、体内のgasを無くす薬ではなく、逆にgasが出やすくするのを助ける薬です。食後にお腹にgasがたまっているけど出なくて不快感がある時に飲む薬です。

ありがとうございます。ドクターに見てもらってきます。#3のいうような食べ物はあまり食べていません。やっぱりどこかがおかしいんですね。食後に関係なくでます。

ゲップが良く出るのは基本的に食事のときに空気をたくさん一緒に飲み込むからです。るてぃーなさん、あなたは相当な早食いではないですか。よく噛んで(50回以上)食物が唾液と混ざってどろどろになってから飲み込む習慣をつければ直ると思うよ。

それともうひとつ、重要なことは良い姿勢で食事をすること。背筋を伸ばして食べれば、食物と一緒に飲み込んだ空気も食事中に少しずつ排出されるので、胃の中にたまり難いよ。
