Vivinavi Hawaii日本のパスポートに出国の記力がないのに日本に問題なく入国出来るのか教えてほしい

私は、日本とＵＳのパスポートの使い分けを最近まで知りませんでした。
アメリカの国籍を2010年に取り、その後ＵＳパスポートを申請中に突然父が他界、日本パスポートで急遽帰国（2か月半滞在）。
ＵＳパスポートをアメリカから郵送してもらいＵＳパスポートで日本を出国。その後、毎年ＵＳパスポートで日本を行き来している。
今年、日本のパスポートが切れるので更新したいのだが移転届を出しているので日本パスポートの入国日のスタンプを役場に見せないと住所が戻せないので住民表が取れないので日本のパスポートが申請出来ない。日本のパスポートをキープしたい理由は母が亡くなった時に保険の処理に必要になるからです。
日本のパスポートに出国の記力がないのに日本に問題なく入国出来るのか教えてほしいのです。入国時に二重国籍がばれたら日本のパスポートを没収されるのでしょうか？悩んでます。同じ様なケースや知り合い情報が有りましたら情報やアドバイスお願いします。

絶対にありえません。っていうか違法です。 最悪の場合、ネチネチと嫌味を言われるか法的効力の無い念書にサインさせられるくらいです。
個人の体験談としては、今まで不都合などは一切ありませんでした。
知人レベルの話になると別室送り～国籍破棄に同意するまで拘束、といった話も耳にしましたが先述の通り違法です。

私の知り合いの話になりますが、同じ二重国籍の方がパスポートが切れる前に日本に戻り、パスポートを紛失したからと
再発行してもらい問題なく受け取れた話を聞きました。
（パスポートは紛失してはいなった様です）
住所は住民票を日本にして取ったと言っていましたよ。
他の二重国籍のかたは使い分けで出入国していて税関で止められ日本のパスポートを破棄せざる負えない状況になった事も聞いた事があります。
