Vivinavi Los Angelesチェック(小切手）が届いていない

年に一度のDMVのレジストのFEEと、IRS関連の予定税の２つを10日ほど前、チェックで郵送したのですが、いまだに引き落とされておりません。
IRSの方は７月にもチェック郵送したのですが、その時は直ぐに引き落とされました。
今回は期限が9月15日なのですが、今現在も引き落とされていません。
コロナの影響で郵便が送れているのでしょうか？（でも7月の予定税の時もコロナ渦でしたが、、）
DMVの方は期限が9月末までで時間がないので、ONLINEで支払おうと思いますが。もしチェックが後程届くと、二重で支払うことになるのでしょうか？
困っております。アドバイス頂ければお願いします。。

どちらも電話して問い合わせるしかないのでは。IRSに送った時にCertified mailで送ってるならトラッキングして届いてるかどうか分かるがもしかして普通郵便で送った？
