Yahooのフリーメール（PC)から、ドコモの携帯にメールが送るのですが、相手に届かず戻ってきてしまいます。
ネットで調べると、ドコモの携帯はURL付きメール拒否っていうのが標準で「設定する」になっていてこれが届かない原因になっている場合が多々あるらしいです。
（念のため今回の地震とは関係ありません、以前からそうなので）
もちろん相手に知らせて解除してもらえればいいのですが、メールが届かないのでそれを知らせる手立てもないのです。
ただデコメールですとこの設定になっていても相手にメールを送れるということですが、ネットなどをみてもYAHOOメールからどうやって「デコメール」なるものを送っていいのかよくやり方がわかりません。
わかる方がいましたらわかりやすく教えてください。
あとこれ以外でメールを送る方法あったら教えてください、お願いします。

今、日本在住の方に電話をするのはタダですよ。
Verizonは4/10まで。at&tは3/31まで。
電話して、メール送信できないことを伝えたほうが早いと
思います。
