過去のスレに同じ内容の投稿がありましたが、情報が少々古かったので、改めてスレを立てさせて頂いております。
日系スーパーでは、なかなか新鮮で美味しい刺身（ウニを除く）が手に入らないと感じております。どなたか新鮮で美味しい刺身が手に入るところをご存知ないでしょうか？ ご教示頂けますと大変助かります。

情報が古かったからって新鮮で美味しい刺身の鮮度は変わらないと思いますが。

遠洋漁業の漁船をチャーターしてハワイ沖で黒マグロを釣ってもらい、
生簀に入れて生きたままロサンゼルスに空輸し、宮内省御用達の
日系スーパー、ミッワ鮮魚部で生き造り（目玉ギョロギョロ、
尻尾はピクピク）にしてもらったらどうどすえ？ チョー新鮮でありんす。

食卓の上に刺身のカラープリントをプラスチックケースにいれて乗せる。
その上に 豆腐 アボカド こんにゃくをきれいにカットして並べる
９９で購入したワサビ 醤油 で美味しくいただく。
脇にノートpc画面で寿司屋のカウンターを映しておく。
ステーキの場合も同様にカラープリントを用意
豆腐を油で揚げて鉄板でよ～～く焼き99で7購入したステーキソースを絡めながら仕上げる。
脇にはノートpcにステーキハウスの厨房を映しておく。
飲み物はセールのウォッカにソーダをいれてシャンパンとしていただく
ピンクシャンパンもできます。
