Hello.

Our house is on the mountain side of the middle floor.

Convenience is perfect.
We don't mind the noise outside on weekends.
(We are a family of three, but no one is home during the day except on weekends, so we don't know how noisy the Renaissance is during the week.
So the barking of dogs in the elevator hall is very loud.
(Maybe because my house is right in front of the hall ？ )
No kidding, I would appreciate a little more discipline.

The neighbor also has a small dog, and the lanai window can't be opened because of the yapping (the owner is probably not home)
If it yaps for more than 3 hours, I call security, but it ends with a warning.

My previous apartment was also pet friendly, but never bothered me like this.

Parking in the building is fine, but
Friday evening traffic around the building is terrible.
I come home from Donki, but I have to wait about 3 times to turn right at the traffic light.
I heard a supermarket is going to open on the ground floor
I wonder what will happen to it ？

Another nice thing is the guest room.
I haven't used it yet, but I think it would be convenient when relatives come over.
