Discover ！ Oigawa Round-the-River Stamp Rally" （ Starting January 4, 2025 ）.

A digital stamp rally will be held in the Oigawa River basin （ Shimada City and Kawane Honmachi ） in the central region of Shizuoka Prefecture from January 4, 2012 to February 28, 2025 to visit tourist spots, restaurants and souvenir stores.

By using the Shizuoka Prefecture tourism application "TIPS", visitors can read the 2D barcodes located at each stamp spot, collect stamps, and enter the stamp rally to win wonderful prizes such as accommodation tickets for hot spring hotels in the Oigawa River basin and assorted local products by lottery.

In addition, at some spots in Shimada City, stamp rally participants will receive wonderful special offers. In addition, at some spots in Kawane-honmachi, "Igawa Line Station Card," a card featuring the scenery of each station on the Igawa Line of Oigawa Railway, will be distributed to stamp rally participants as a special offer.

① Install TIPS app

② Allow app to use location （ GPS ）

a. When downloading for the first time

1. "Do you want to allow TIPS to use location information ？" displayed after downloading the app

2. "Settings" → "Privacy and Security" → "Location Services" → "Safari Web Site" → "This App is in use"


b. If you have already downloaded

1. "Settings" → "Apps" → "TIPS" → "Location" → "Using this app"


2. "Settings" → Privacy and Security" → "Location Services" → "Safari Websites" → "This app is in use"


c. When a permission confirmation is displayed while using a website

→ Tap "Allow"


③ Tap "TIPS Stamp Rally" ⇒ "Discover ！ Oigawa Gurutto Stamp Rally"


④ Get Get Stamp for each condition

Scan the 2D code on the in-store POP with your camera at the relevant spot and tap the URL displayed



⑤ Once you have accumulated stamps, tap "View rewards you have earned" for the condition you wish to apply for

Check the prizes you want and tap the "Apply" button
