Easy and delicious sea urchin recipe
🍣 Luxurious creamy bowl of sea urchin, avocado and salmon 🍣

Ingredients:
Fresh Maine sea urchin
1 avocado
Several thin slices of sashimi salmon
Sushi rice （ or warm rice ） For 2 persons
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet sake)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Wasabi （ To taste ）
A little chopped nori seaweed
Chopped shiso leaves （ A few shiso leaves ）

Directions:
