永住権保持者、アメリカ在住です。
日本には地元の銀行口座があります。
サイトで調べてもよく分からないので
教えていただけますでしょうか?
日本の親の遺産（約２千万）をこちらに送金して、
家の購入の頭金にしたいのですが
今現在だと、円高のため外貨為替でだいぶ損するような気がします。
このような場合、円安まで待つほうがいいでしょうか?
今は、家は買い時でしょうか?
円安の時に、家の相場が高くなるのであれば、
結局 同じであるならば、数年待つより
家は今が買い時でしょうか?
不動産に関して、無知なので、分かりやすいように
教えていただけますか?
そういう経緯をした方からのご意見、アドバイスも宜しくお願いします。

家とコンド
戸建てがいいです。
戸建てはリホームしながらそこの土地を永久に使えます。
コンドは改築は難しい。
country club estateの隅にコンドが出来ました
一戸建てと比較すると値段はほぼ半値
築年数は新しいですがすでに売り物件が多し???
またコンド内の道路は私有地。
そこの区画は全般に暗くコンドのガレージ 玄関も締め切られていて不気味
壁の隣に見知らぬ人がいる。。。
割り切って５００万くらいでmobile homeにすむchoiceも
友人等を招待する事がなければ、、キャッシュは残ります

一日に１０００人人口が減っています。
アメリカで購入された家は賃貸に。。高いドルで稼いで安い円で使う。自分年金月２０００ドル（手取り）
日本では激安物件を購入 １０００万円以下でok
