ビサ更新の際の面接について

こんにちわ。今年の夏にF1ビサを更新しようと日本のｱﾒﾘｶ大使館での面接の予約を取ったのですが、昨日ｽｸｰﾙｶｳﾝｾﾗｰに話しに行った所、期限的に今年はまだ更新しないで良いと言われました。そこで面接のキャンセル方法を探しているのですが、どうも大使館のビサ関係の質問の連絡先はすべて1件1500円かかるみたいなのですが、これ以外に何かキャンセルを大使館側に伝える方法を知っていらっしゃる方はいらっしゃいますか？ぜひアドバイスお願いします

面接の予約は大使館のHPからされましたか？
同じ画面で予約変更・キャンセルもできますよ。
