Vivinavi Los Angelesこちらでとった免許を書き換えたい

私は、日本での運転免許をもっていなくて、ＣAで取得しました。日本に半年から1年帰る予定なんですけど、国際免許証に書き換えるのは可能なんでしょうか。スキャナーがなく、kinkoにいったら免許証のスキャンは扱っていないと断られました。カルフォルニア免許は、日本の免許には書き換えられないみたいですね。昔このようなトピでてた気がしたんですけど・・・。御存知の方、助けてください。

免許取得後3年以上なんて条件はない。3ヶ月以上滞在していたことはパスポートでチェックされるけどね。

ところで、トピ主は免許をスキャンしてどうする積もりだったのでしょう？

警察の方で結構、簡単にとれるみたいですね。みなさんどうもありがとうございました。スキャンして、国際免許証を作ろうと思ったのです。（それをAAAに送る）でも実際、AAAに直接いけばそれも可能みたいですね。

便乗させてください。
私の免許には取得した年月日が書いてありません。警視庁のHPに「免許を取得した年月日を証明する書類」が必要だと書いてあるのですが、どこでもらえるのでしょうか？やっぱりDMVですか？
何か前にもこのような質問されてたかたいた気がしたのですが、探しても見つからないのでここに書き込みしてます。
よろしくおねがいします。
