ルームメイトが毎日、ボーイフレンドを家に連れてきています。・・・というか、居候しています。そして、四六時中、家に居ます。週に２〜３回なら我慢できますが、彼がバスルームやキッチンを汚したままにしたり、人の食べ物を勝手に食べたり、挙げたらきりが無いのですが、この頃いろいろ嫌な部分が目に付いて仕方ありません。ちょっとアル中の気もあり、おしっこが、ものすごく臭い！本人に直接言っても開き直るばかりで、ルームメイトと二人の生活なら申し分ないのですが、これらのことを全部、ルームメイトにぶちまけた方がいいのでしょうか？金銭的にはルームメイトの方が少し、多く家賃を払っています。

ルームメイトは少し多く家賃を払っているには部屋がもっと広かったりとかの理由でしょうから、それはそれ、これはこれです。
他人と住んでいるんだからいくら親しくなった人だとしても、マナーはマナーです。
ここは二人で住むつもりで入ったんだから、3人目の同居人はいらないってことです（笑）。自分だったらトピ主さんのようにずっと悩みっぱなしだと思うけど、ユウキだしてください

とにかく、何も言わずにいるのでは相手はあなたの気持ち分かってくれませんよ。 何も言ってこないからってルームメイトの方も甘えてるのでは？
私がトピ主さんなら、だぶん何かしら言うかな。
ずっとこのままの状態が続くようなら部屋を出て行く事も可能だと思いますよ。

ルームメイトと話し合った上で、自分が引っ越すと言ってみては？
ルームメイトはあなたの分の家賃を払わなくてはならないし、なんかの解決策があるかも・・

それは大家さんに言うといいと思います 契約が２人で住むというのであればそれ以外の人が何日も寝泊りするというのは契約違反のようです お金を多く払っているというのはあんまり関係ないと思いますけどね・・・すいませんあまり役に立ってないと思いますけど一言言わせてもらいました
