今日マルカイで安売りしていたしそ梅を買ってきたら塩の塊みたいにしょっぱくてとても食えません。
１Kgのでっかいのを買ってしまい困ってます。
どなたか梅干しの塩ぬきまたは味をマイルドにする方法知ってたら教えてください。

そいじゃー一般の塩抜きとしては水につけるだね。でもまずくなりそうな気がする。でもさっきお伝えしたもの塩分はさておきとってもマイルドになるのでやってみて、鰹節の甘さがたまらないよー！！絶対美味しいから！！

塩抜きすると本来の梅干の質や味が落ちます。
その理由は梅干には有効成分の「クエン酸」が多く含まれています。
「クエン酸」には、殺菌、疲労回復、食欲増進、消化促進などの効果があります。
どうしても塩分を抜くために塩抜きする場合は、水３：酢１の液につけると味の低下をある程度防ぎながら塩抜きすることができます。
つける時間は塩加減によります。
この後、ザルに広げ天日で乾燥して出来上がりです。

しょうゆね。
確かにマイルドになると思います。
キムチにしょうゆをかけても、マイルドになる。
しょうゆとは不思議なものだ。

友人から頼まれたのですが、ウ゛ィトンで村上隆とコラボしたモノグラムがあるみたいなんですが、日本ではまだ手に入らないそうです。LAとかで手に入るんでしょうか？ウ゛ィトンに詳しい方教えて下さい。

どの雑誌がいいとかはわかんないけどさ、スポンサー側にも問題あるよね。即広告効果を望むんでしょ？きっと。
＄100の広告出したから即＄100ドル以上の効果が出るってもんでもないっしょ？
企画と広告営業を分けて出来るようなメディアなんてロサンゼルスにはないもんねー。
ここにいる日本人が必要とする情報をきちんと毎回調べて、企画して載せてくれる雑誌があるなら、それを育てるために、長い目でスポンサーになりましょうってとこがないと、優良誌は育たないよね。いつも広告まがいの記事ばっかりじゃ、読者もいやになるっしょ？

ただでもらうにしてはよくできている。
有料でかったものなら文句たらたら言ったらいいけど、ただでもらっていやならみなければいいんだもの。
もしこういうのがまったくなかったら
寂しいとおもうよ。

そうだな、ただだもんな。有料の雑誌と比べるのがおかしいってもんだ。所詮アメリカの素人編集者が広告収入で作るミニコミ誌だからな。そこまで期待するのは無理ってもんだ。

表向きには企画記事、実際は広告取り。
だから広告を載せてくれるところをひねってひねってうまく書く。
載せないところは並み扱いか非掲載。
読者も分かってるだろ？
でもな、本当に頭のいい奴ならそんな広告募集の企画でも、うまい記事に出来るんだがな。ここにはそこまでの奴はいない。田舎だからな。

特別な処置が必要となると提携している病院を紹介してくれますが以前よりはいいと思っています。
以前は日本語が通じるクレンショウにあるところでしたがいい噂を聞かないのでやめました。

私がいつも家の猫ちゃんとワンちゃんを連れて行くのは VCA ANIMAL HOSPITALです。といってもVCAはあっちこっちに沢山ありますが 私が行く所はとても良心的でいいですよ。先生も日系の女の人でとても親切です。もう６年ぐらいこちらでお世話になっています。ここを知ったのは同僚からです。実は同じ会社の３人もの同僚が皆さんこちらに行かれてます。

VCAはとてもいいらしいですね。日本の番組でも特集していたくらいですよ。サンタモニカにもあります。
私はサンタモニカの他の病院に行っていましたが、請求書を見たら細かく、色々、お金を取られていました・・ショック．．

サテライトのボックスからVCR→TVの順にケーブルがつながってます。
これだと見るのにビデオチャンネルを使っちゃてるから裏録が出来ないですよね。
今日はどうしても見たい番組が２つ同じ時間に重なってて頭抱えてます。
どうしたら裏録が出来ますか？
VCR２台持ってるけど何かの役に立つでしょうか？
機械オンチですみません、教えてください！

うっそ、出来ないんですか？？！
裏録画さんのレスを見て思い出したけど、知り合いが一台のレシーバーから二股ソケットみたいなのを使って２台のテレビでサテライトを見れるようにしてたんですね、それじゃダメ？なんとか裏録に応用できませんか？
いまその知り合いに２台別々の番組が見れるのか聞いてみようと思ったんですが不在で連絡が取れません。お助けを！

やはりレシーバーが２台ない限り無理とのことですのでレイカーズの試合をスポーツ・バーで観て、もう一つを録画することにします。

掛けれるかどうかわかりません。
日本の国際電話に電話を掛ける方法が
あれば教えてください。（出来れば値段も比較的安いものがあればありがたいです）

留学生さん、貴方の電話、長距離電話会社を選択してますか？（AT&T等など）
掛け方は 011-8-1-90-XXXX-XXXX
日本の携帯番号は 090か始まってるから、はじめの 0を取った90をダイアルし、残りの番号をダイアルすれば掛かります。
料金は長距離電話会社によって変わるので、留学生さんの選択してる長距離電話会社に問い合わせてみましょう。

日本に帰国するのですが、荷物が多くて困ってます。
それで、相談なのですがどこを利用するのが一番安いでしょうか？
USPS, USP, ジャパンOCSパック？
船便は嫌です。ジャパン〜は一番大きい箱でもかなり小さいですよねぇ。
ジャパン〜を見てると郵便局から同じ大きさのを送るとジャパン〜より高いとなっているので、やっぱり郵便局はやめたほうがいいかなって思ってます。
どなたかアドバイスお願いします。

荷物の量にもよりますが…
ごく少量ならUPSの方が割安です。
でも、日本に帰国との事ですから、ダンボール１０箱以上と想像して、日系の運送屋の引越し便が一番割安になるんじゃないかな？
