40代女性、腰痛持ちで今マットレスの買い替えを考えています。
今までSimmons、Breatyrest使っておりましたが、古くなってきてるのか、朝起きると

今はYouTube などで色々と学べますよ。
自分はレッスンは受けずにYouTube で色々と観て練習してゴルフ歴5年ですがどこのコースに行ってもイーブンに近いスコア出せてますよ。もうレッスンもお金払う必要なんてないですよ。
