I was also suffering from an almost ongoing noise problem with the unit next door.
They were young people sharing a room, but
they played loud voices and music at night, and when I rang the doorbell to warn them, they couldn't hear me because of the noise.
We complained repeatedly to the management company of the apartment. Recently, I told the company that I would have to call the police, and they told me to do so.
Fortunately, the resident will be moving out at the end of this month （ I am not sure if they terminated his contract ）.

I used to live in a condo where three children of the family who moved in were always making so much noise and being a nuisance
