お勧めのメカニックがありましたら教えてください。
（オイルチェンジ等定期的に伺いたいと思います）

こちらお勧めです。日本語通じませんが良心的です。と言うか、日系は残念なところが多過ぎです。
あと、何故かGarden Grove は、スモッグチェックも含め車修理関係の激戦区らしく、リーズナブルな料金 & 技術レベルの高いショップが多いです。

#4さん、同感です。 私の経験上、日系は修理の質は別として料金ちょっと高めのところが多いです。
ＧＧとWestminsterはベトナム系の修理工がとても多いです。 ショップによっても違いますが、料金はキャッシュで払うことが前提で交渉開始するといいかも。
私はFountain Valleyにもうすぐ引っ越しますがこれからいいメカニックを探そうと思います。
