現在、日系の企業でインターンとして働いています。私のステイタスは学生で、Ｉ−２０はインターンを授業の一環としてみなしている学校側から出ています。お給料は出ませんが、住居代が会社側から支払われています。私は学校の運営する「インターンシッププログラム」というものに日本の代理店を通して参加したのですが、実際自分のしている事が違法であれば何らかの手を打たなければいけないので、みなさんのご意見をおまちしております。

授業の一環としてインターンが認められてるんだったら違法ではないと思われますが。もし違法ならばあなたではなく学校側が法に反して学生を働かせているということが問題になるのではないでしょうか。
心配ならあなたが通っている学校に直接私のしているインターンは違法かどうか問い合わせてみるのがいいと思いますが。
