ＬＡに２０年前に留学で住んでいて、最近旅行で行ったのは３年前です。
２０年間、ほぼ当時と変わらない雰囲気のようですが、今でもそうですか？
今ではモールは閑散としてるとか。。。デラモは存続してますか？
とても懐かしく、来年くらいに久々に遊びに行こうと思います。

エリアにもよるのでは。
ダウンタウンのビジネス街なら再開発で高層ビルが建ってきているが
民家が並んでいる住宅街ではあまり変化は見られないのでは。

あくまで私の印象ですが…
ダウンタウンやハリウッドは再開発が進んで街がきれいになり、治安もよくなったのではと思います。
サンタモニカは再開発が進みすぎて過剰にコジャレてしまい、昔ながらののんびりしたビーチタウンの雰囲気がなくなってつまらなくなりました。
デルアモはアップグレードされてブランドショップが増え、けっこう繁盛しているようです。
人種的にはラティーノとアジア系が圧倒的に人数が増えたと思います。
