Practicalの申請をしないといけないんですけど、学校のほうから4ヶ月から6ヶ月かかるといわれました。弁護士などを通して申請すると早く出来たりするのでしょうか？誰か詳しい方ぜひぜひアドバイスください。

No you don't need a laywer. sotsugyoo no 3 kagetsu maeni international office de shinsei shimasho. anmari hayaku kara shinsei suruto practical no kikan (1nen ga herimasuyo) watashi ha 3 kagetsu chotto de kimashita.

基本的にプラクティカルビザは、卒業３ヶ月前くらいからしか申請出来ないようになってると思いましたが。＃２さんが言うように弁護士は必要ありません。学校のインターナショナルオフィスへ行き、専門のカウンセラーの方に相談してみた方が良いと思います。必要な書類はくれますので。プロセス完了までにどれくらいかかるかは個人差が有りますが、私の場合４ヶ月程で来ました。申請してから３ヶ月経つと、テンポラリーのカードがINSのオフィスへ申請しに行くと即日でもらえます。しかし早朝から並ばなければなりませんが。それと、OPTの有効期限ですが、私の場合＃２さんとは違って、大学のインターナショナルカウンセラーの方で、申請書類上に“申請のプロセス終了後から有効にして下さい”と言うことを明記してくれたので、７月に申請したのに、ビザの降りた１１月から有効期限になっていました。その辺カウンセラーに聞いてみてはいかがですか？
