ぼう寿司が回ってくるチェーン店が
今回の政府からの従業員支援金PPPを申請して＄６ミリオンを獲得した。
が、のちに返金
これだけみれば拍手でもしたくなるが
実は支援は必要が無いことが調査で発覚
実際は株時価＄８７ミリオン、＄２４ミリオンのキャッシュ、＄２０ミリオンを親会社から借り入れ
保証を受けずとも十分持ちこたえられるのがわかった
そしてその結果、PPPから＄６ミリオンを受けたため、
本当に倒産の危機に直面している会社には予算が無くなり支援金が受けれなくなってしまった
政府は返金されたお金を他に回せるよう調整中だとか
日系のレストランや小企業は今月を耐えるのも限界に来てるのに、このすしチェーン店はほんと余計な事してくれた
ボイコットしてもいいくらいだな

知り合いは、3月末に雇用主からメールで、客が居ないから自分達夫婦で対応出来るから、待機してくれと言われ(解雇とは書かれてないそう),暫く待っていたらPPPがおりて入金したとメールが来たそうです。なので、では失業保険のない従業員にどのように払ってくれるのかと聞きかえしたら、まだ客が戻らず仕事も少なく来てもらう必要は無いので、PPPでは払えないと又、メールがきたそうです。それで、家賃と自分達の給料はしっかりとってるらしいです。
こんな雇用主、他にも居ますか？

もっと、悪どい雇用主もいるかもね。日本人じゃないこと願いますね。

本当に回転寿司高過ぎ。高くしても客来るから、どんどん値上げ続けてるんだろうが
少なくない日本人の反感は間違いなくかっている。
コロナ騒動の時、いつも定期的にやってる米セールをしないで高く売ってた日系マーケットも然り。
仲間であるはずの日本人を顧みない回転寿司屋と日系マーケット。
