家内はセックスが面倒で、出来ればしたくないそうです、それでも結婚前はそれなりだったのですが、結婚後だんだんと減っていき、アメリカに来て完全にセックスレスになってしまいました。彼女はこちらではストレスが多くとてもそんな気持ちにはなれないと言っています、ですが、私もこちらの生活はストレスを多く感じ、その上でのセックスレスは大変つらいです、それ以外の夫婦仲はとてもよいのですが・・・

ご夫婦でカウンセリングに行かれることをお勧めします。デリケートなトピックだからこそ尚更。夫婦仲が良いとのことなので、つらい夫さんだけでなく、奥様も同様に悩んでおられる可能性があると想像します。
だから、旦那さんだけでなく、お二人で考える問題なのでは？
お辛いでしょうし、混乱してらっしゃるでしょうが、お二人で解決法を見つけてください。
