This is about refunds for electricity, apartment security deposits, etc. due to a move.

I am requesting a US based agent to receive checks and other mailings upon my return to Japan.
For checks under 5,000 $ I was sent a PDF of the check and was able to redeem it on the US bank app, but if it exceeds the limit, I cannot redeem it on the app.

Does anyone know how to redeem these cases ？?

I have a lot of anxiety in my life and I have to do a lot of checking in my daily life.

Also, I have lived in Hawaii for almost 10 years now and have little trouble making a living, but with the rising cost of living, I am very concerned about my vague future and not being financially independent. I will be returning to Japan for the first time with my child, who is from Hawaii and has both a Japanese and an American passport, but I was wondering if I should use my Japanese name (my family name) or my American name (my husband's family name) when booking a ticket for my child.
I understood that I need to use my US passport for entering and leaving the US and my Japanese passport for entering and leaving Japan, but I was not sure which name I should use to book my ticket.
