Vivinavi Los Angeles助けてください！直ってない車の修理に＄1100要求されてます。

プリウス2008、14万マイル
ヒータから熱風がでずに高水温計の警告灯が
でたので修理に出しました。
PUMP ASSEMBLY, WATER(FOR HEATER) MSRP$716.81
の交換が必要＄1100かかるといわれました。念を押したのですが、それで
直るとの事でしたのでお願いしました。
ところが、2時間Jobのはずが連絡がとれず数日後の休み明けに連絡
したところ、ヒーターはなおったがHOT AIRがでない、他に原因が
あるかもしれない、もっと時間をくれといわれました。
そして翌日、大変な事がわかった。前のメカニックのせいだと思うがストップリークが
もれて、スレッジとかがこびりついている。これを直すには別料金が
必要になる。といわれました。
私がヒーターがなおらず、高水温計の警告灯が走った時にでるならば料金は
払わないといったところ、ヒーターは新車の時と同じ状態とはいえないが
なおった。警告灯もでないとの返答。
ではなんで問題があるんだ、その問題を放置したらどうなるのか？また
ヒーターがでなくなってオーバーヒート警告灯がでるのかといったら
YESと返事されました。結局のところ本当に原因がわかってないようで、
その高いPUMPも必要だったかどうか怪しいです。
ですのでディーラーにもっていって原因をチェックしてもらう。そして
もしそのPUMPが本当に必要であったのならば支払うといったのですが、
車を返してくれるようすがありません。
明日ですが、車をみにきてくれといわれています。
料金を払わないとリリースしてくれなさそうですが
この場合どうしたらいいでしょうか？口約束で見積書とはかわしていません。
とりあえず支払って車を返してもらう場合、請求書にサインとかしない方がいいですか？
同じような経験がある方。何か注意点などがありましたら教えてください。

あたかも別人のようなHNを使っても同一人であることはミエミエ！
「ジジイ」や「アホ」は誰でも使っているフツーのくだけた言葉。
おまえが使っている言葉「オメー」は育ちや品性の下等なクズが使う言葉。
お前は教養もないからその違いがわからない。

「十分に下等な」クズにはそれ相応の言葉を使っているまでだ。
