こんにちは
駐在員の方にお聞きしたいです。
最近コロナの影響で、駐在員を日本へ返せば
年収15万ドルは削減できるのに、何故、年収4万ドルの安い現地社員をレイオフするのか分かりません。
友人からも聞きますが、何をやってるか分からない人も多いとか？
上司が言ってましたが、駐在員は日本のポジションが決まるまで帰れないというのは本当でしょうか？
駐在員1人が帰国すれば、何人もの現地社員が救われます。

コロナウイルス のパンデミックからアジア人への人種差別の被害件数が数千件もありかなり増えていると報告されていますね。
完全にトランプのせいでしょうね。
アメリカが世界一の感染者数なのに、今だにアジア人を見るとコロナウイルス だと思うらしい。

駐在員のいる日系企業で働かなければいいのでは？
これからのLAの日系社会には基本的に永住権か市民の人しか残らないですよね。だったら駐在員がいない企業にいきましょう！はい、解決。
いまどきの優秀な駐在員さんは英語もスペイン語もできて現地日本人のサポートなんて必要ないでしょう！ まともな時給を払ってアメリカ人を雇ってちゃんとManageできますよね？
