No, my grandma still loves to cook and when she is in the kitchen, she watches crappy Japanese

sambun shows on her iPad, but she also watches a lot of cooking shows on youtube.

And I'm always looking for new Japanese dishes and picking up good ideas. In addition,

I often see a bunbun chopper every time I watch, so if I have this and it is always within reach on the kitchen counter,

I can just grab it and use it, and when I am done, I can quickly rinse it off and leave it on the counter again.

I, I have one, but I don't use it now.
I use an electric chopper.

The reason why I don't use it is because it is a pain to wash.
When I wash the lid, water collects inside the lid.
There is a small screw type hole for water to come out from inside, so I open it and let out water with detergent and rinsed water, but I am not sure if it is really rinsed ？ or not.
Also, there is a string wrapped around the lid that pulls the buzzer out, but I wondered if it would get moldy if I left it washed, so I stretched the string completely and clipped it on, and let everything dry naturally by the window for two days.
I don't use it because it's too much trouble.
I wonder what everyone else is doing ？.
