長崎ちゃんぽんとは別物になってしまいますが（平戸で食べたことあります）、ガーデナのこのチャイニーズレストランに、少しスパイシーなチャンポンがありますよ。http://www.yelp.com/biz/little-china-gardena
とても量が多いので２人でシェアーなさるほうが良いです。

寅次のは悪くはないけど本場に近いとは思わなかったなあ。リンガーは長崎以外にあるのは味付けが違うよ。醤油ちゃんぽんなんて考えられんばい。ちゃんぽんじゃないけど Lomitaにある Kotoshのシーフードスープ Picante de Mariscoが美味い。
