＞もとをただせば、ロットであたったやつに永住権をやるっていう考えが、そもそも間違ってんだよ。
ほんとですよね、ロットや恩赦でやるぐらいなら、正規に申請してる人から順番にあげればいいのに。
それらの人はちゃんともらえる資格を取って申請してるのに、何の資格もない人が抽選でもらえるなんて、なんとも不憫な考え方ですよね。
僕は恩赦の人に先に越された（しかもほとんど無料）経験があるんで、この制度は非常に不公平だと思いますよ。
