I would like to find a Kumu that is local and quiet rather than a famous Halau.

About two weeks ago I was riding my scooter and stopped because there was a car that wanted to get out of a parking lot. After stopping for about 5 seconds, I thought I could go and started to go forward. At the same time, a car stepped on the gas pedal and I was hit and sent flying into the roadway.
