I live in an apartment building. The tree in the apartment building right next to my parking spot has grown to about the height of the third floor of the building and is covering my car. Leaves are piling up every day and bird droppings are getting on it and it gets dirty quickly even if I clean it. The paint is also damaged. I told the manager of our apartment building but he said there is nothing he can do about the neighbors. I told them that they should at least be able to trim the amount that is encroaching on ours, but they are not doing anything. Where do I go for help in this situation, DCBA, LAHD, etc.? Has anyone had a similar experience and solved the problem?

I was lucky enough to win the green card lottery on my second application last year, but I am still waiting for the interview notice after completing the biometrics （ fingerprinting ） on April 4 this year. About a few months ago, the outside gate door was broken down by a homeless person wandering around outside my apartment.

I notified the management company about it, and once after that, a contractor-like person showed up, got an estimate, and went away, but I have not heard from him since.

I contacted the management company and they said they are currently contacting the owner and waiting to hear from him, but it has been about a month.

So far, when I have asked them to repair my room several times, they have come rather quickly, but
