ロサンゼルス在住です。4月6日ー10日に一人で京都観光に行きます。京都の女性とお喋りしたいです。リタイヤーした独身です。ロスに遊びに来ても良いですよ。予定は4日成田着、１２日ロスへ戻ります。Ｅｍａｉｌ下さい。

こんにちは。
３月にロスに１週間程度、訪れる予定です。
１０年位前に住んでいましたが、最近の情報が分からないので教えてください。
昔は、LAXのThrifty car rentalでよく借りていましたが、Unlimited milesで１週間レートでお安いレンタカー屋さんはご存じでしたら教えてください。
出来れば、カーナビも付いていると嬉しいです。

現在、Spectrumを契約しています。
契約内容はケーブルテレビチャンネル、Wifi、モデムのレンタルです。
今はリビングにテレビがあるのですが、寝室にもテレビを置きたいと考えていています。
リビングのテレビは、壁から出ているケーブルをモデムに繋げ、モデムとテレビをコードを繋げていますが（壁→モデム→テレビの順でコードで繋がっている感じです）、寝室にもテレビを置く場合、同様に「壁→モデム→寝室のテレビ」のように繋ぐことになりますか？
寝室までケーブルを引くとなると相当長いケーブルが必要になりますし、もう1つモデムをレンタルするとなるとレンタル料もかかるので、色々気になっています。
テレビを2台以上お持ちの方、実際にどうされているか、教えていただけると有り難いです。
よろしくお願いいたします。

こんにちは
フォスターシティー在住。（今年引っ越してきたばかりです。）
２歳の息子がおり、これから共働きになるためデイケアまたプリスクールに通わせる予定です。
希望はプリスクールに通わせたいのですが、プリスクールはSprinb BreakやWinter Break、そして長い夏休みなどがあるため、フルタイムで働いている場合休みが取れないですよね。。その休みの間、働いているママはお子さんをどこに預けているのでしょうか。サマーキャンプなどもありますが、それで夏休みを乗り切れるものでしょうか。
フルタイムで働いていて、子供をプリスクールに通わせてるという方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひアドバイスをいただけたらと思います。
よろしくお願いします。

家の持ち主の名前を子供に変更することは、簡単なのでしょうか？これは生前相続に値するのでしょうか？
Transfer Property Ownershipをされたかたはいらっしゃいますか。
私たちはすでにファミリーリビングトラストを作成しています。その中で、両親が亡くなった場合は、子供に
不動産、銀行貯金、生命保険の受取を子供にする旨の書類を作成いたしました。
でも、ある人の言葉ですが、Transfer Property Ownershipをすれば毎年高額になっている Property Taxを
支払う必要がなくなると聞きました。このことについて、教えていただければ助かります。

３月に初めてデルタの羽田便を使って日本にいきます。
羽田到着が平日夜の10：30ぐらい、帰り羽田出発が夜中の12時ぐらいの便です。
都内・二子玉川方面への帰宅となります。
過去のトピも調べたのですが、上記にあてはまる情報が探せなかったので新たにトピをたてさせていただきました。もしも重複する内容でしたら申し訳ありません！
上記のようなスケジュールでデルタの羽田便を利用されたことがある方、
何か知っておいたほうがいいことなどを教えていただけないでしょうか?
不便だったこと、事前に知らずに困ったことなど・・。
いろいろと不便なことが多くて航空券が格安だったのかな?と思いましたので
覚悟をきめて準備したいと思います。
羽田空港ははるか昔に国内線を利用したことがあるのみで、国際線ターミナルは右も左もわかりません。
ちなみに到着後は、京急で蒲田までいける最終便が24:20amとありましたので、そこまでいって残りはタクシーでと考えていますが、甘いですか?空港からタクシー覚悟でしょうか??
京急のったことないし、蒲田にもいったことないですが・・（汗）

もう10年以上前でしたが
出発時間が来ても動かないのでどうなっているのかと思っていたら
アナウンスがありチェックインした乗客が乗ってこないので預けた荷物を降ろしているので
出発が少し遅れます、と案内があった。

おとっつぁん、
ひょっとして私も同じ飛行機に乗っていたかも知れません。
あの時は結局1時間以上かけてその荷物を出してから出発したんですよね。
私がそこまでボケていないなら、確かシンガポール航空の B747 で
成田行きだったような。あぁその頃は羽田行きはなかったか。
シンガポール航空の成田行きと言えば、それより数年前、オーバーブッキングとかで
何故か私ともう一人の人が選ばれビジネスクラスに回されました。
別に自分の身なりは特別良いわけではなかったのに、なんか、選ばれたことが
光栄に思えました。

仕事しに東南アジアに３週間、帰りに２週間日本で休息し
日本からアメリカに戻る途中でハワイに立ち寄りまた稼いで戻る。
これで経費を差し引いても十分稼げた。
日本に行くなら東南アジアまで求めて
帰りに日本にストップオーバーする方がチケット代もそんなに高くはない。
でも仕事してれば１ヶ月以上休めないね。
敗北じゃ情けないからエレサレム首都認定レポート、ミャンマーのロヒンギャ難民レポートで稼ぎに行ったら。
