日本の様に、パブリックのスイミングプールって無いんですか？ジムに行くしかプールを利用する方法は無いのでしょうか？知ってる人が居たら教えて下さい。

とってもおそいレスですが。
WLAのセプルベダ沿いにパブリックのプールあります。場所はSantaMonicaとWilshireの間、Federalビルの隣です。１回＄1.25ですが、25回のパスがあり＄25で買えます。ラップスイムの時間は朝と夕方あり、夕方は6：30くらいから9時までで、土日は朝から12：45まで。以前WELに住んでてかよってたんだけど、Torranceに移って遠くなってしまい、しょうがなくBally'sのメンバーになったんですが、ジムのプールは、小さくて汚くて泳ぐ気がせず、結局30分ほどかけてWLAまで通ってます。25Mで8レーンくらいあります。LongBeachの方にもオリンピックサイズのプールがあるそうですよ。Swimmer's Guideって言うサイトで検索すると全世界のプール検索できますよ。

時間帯によります。
毎日朝夕にはアクアビクスやマスターのレッスンがあって、夕方７時半までは２-３レーンしか使えないので結構混み合います。夕方行くのでしたら７時半以降がお勧めです。土日は結構すいている方だと思います。とは言ってもこれから暑くなるにつれて混んでくるかもしれません。朝は土曜日は９時、日曜日は１０時から、いずれも1２時４５分までです。それ以降はレクリエーションスイムになるので、ラップスイムはできません。お子様づれの方には良いかもしれません。
