知人でこちらの方で仕事を始めたい人がいるのですが、永住権などの確保以外である場合どうしたらいいのでしょうか。オーストラリアなどの国と違い、アメリカにはワーキングホリデーがありません。ですが、たまに知り合いからの情報などで、こちらに来て仕事を始めた。と言う方が多々いるという事を耳にします。留学生はもちろん、旅行ビザであってもバイトはできないですよね？もし、こちらのどこかで仕事を始めるためにはどうしたらよいのでしょうか。ビザではどういったビザが必要なのでしょうか。誰か情報あれば教えて下さい。また、こうやって私はアメリカで働きだせるようになった。っという方、教えて下さい。

アメリカで会社を興すという話？それとも単に仕事を見つけたいということですしょうか？会社を興すには特別な資格は要りません。興した会社で働くには労働許可がいります。単に仕事を見つけるだけなら日系の人材派遣会社は何社もありますから相談されてはいかがでしょう。米国に既に住んでいる人にはおすすめしませんが、こちらの雇用状況がよく分かっていない人には助けになるでしょう。

アメリカで働くには、実にたくさんの方法があります。労働ビザは必須です。労働ビザの種類はとてもたくさんあります。一般的な労働ビザはスポンサーや資格が必須ですが、要らないものもあります。あまりにたくさんあるので、この掲示板でそれを全部書いてあげることはできませんが、インターネットでビザを検索すればたくさんの情報がでてきますから、まず、片っ端からビザ情報を集めるのが良いでしょう。そうすれば、自分に合ったビザが必ずみつかります。
短期間の海外労働経験を得たいなら、アメリカにはワーキングホリデーはありませんが、海外インターンというものならたくさんありますよ。これもインターネットで検索するとたくさん情報がみつかります。
