最近パソコンや読書など目を使うことが著しく増えてきたためか、生まれて初めてコンタクトをつけることを考え始めました。ですがいったい何からすればよいのか全くわかりません。 知人の話を聞いた限りでは、アメリカでは処方箋を取ってからお店に行かないとコンタクトレンズを発注できないと聞きました。 またどこで処方箋を取れるのか、そしてそのあとにどこに行けばコンタクトを変えるのか、そして大体どれくらいの料金なのか？ また自分は学生なので、海外保険旅行しか持っていなく（もしも保険が必要であるのならば）できるだけコストを抑えたいのです。難しい条件ではありますが、皆さんはどのようにしているのかよろしければ教えてもらいませんか？

日本でも眼科医の検診は必要だよ。
電話帳を開いてoptometristで検索し
近所の眼鏡屋に電話して、コンタクトを作りたいと告げなさい。
すると、検査の予約を取ってくれるでしょ。店と眼科医が、たいてい一緒です。コンタクトのつけはずしも教えてくれます。検査代は、色々電話して聞いてみて安いところへ。５０〜１００ドルが相場？
学生ならば、学校のヘルスセンターなどでも、近所の眼鏡屋を紹介してくれるでしょう。
なれてくれば、その処方箋を使用してインターネットなどで安いコンタクトを注文するのもありでしょう。

Costcoが私の知ってる中では検査費用が一番安価なんですがもっと安いとこご存知の方いたら教えてください。
