春に卒業し、今夏の授業をとっています。F-1 VISAは期限が切れています。日本に緊急で１週間ぐらい帰国したいのですが、観光VISAで帰ってきても授業に参加してもよいのでしょうか。また観光VISAはとるのにどのくらいかかるのですか 。 VISAなしでも大丈夫ですか。帰ってきても８月には日本に帰国予定です。

観光ビザは、日本人は免除プログラムっていうのがあって、とらなくていいです。ビザなしでも再入国はできるでしょう。ただし、学生ビザは期限切れなので、まっ、当然ていえば当然なんだけど、観光ビザで入国できるでしょう。授業も、成績とか関係ないんですよね。もう卒業してるってことは・・・普通は、セメスター中に出国したら、その間の授業を取ることはできないと思います。だけど、興味本位だけど、授業を取っているんだったら、観光でもはいってこれるんじゃないですか？
だけど、入国審査で聞かれることは間違いないでしょう。日本からの往復チケットがあったほうがいいですね。そしたら、8月に帰るチケットを見せて、引越しのため片づけがあるとかいえばいいんじゃないですか？

ビザウェ−バ−だったらビザなしで入ってこれるんじゃない？三ヶ月ぐらいいれると思うけど。ただし、入国の際は数日間の滞在である事を主張した方がいいとききます。でも卒業したのに、夏とる必要あるの？？

今F-1にｽﾃｰﾀｽでロスにすんでいます。今年ｸﾞﾘｰﾝｶｰﾄﾞの抽選当選しました。書類集めに困ってます。PoliceCertificatesとか日本からのも必要なのか、ロスのものが必要なのか、弁護士に頼みたいけど高いだろうし、自分でやってみてるんですが、どうなんでしょう。誰かおしえて。

記念日にラグナビーチで一泊しようかなと思ったりしていますが、どのホテルがいいのかアドバイスをお持ちの方よろしくおねがしまーす。
上にはってあるリンクはラグナビーチのホテルをいくつかセレクトしてあるのですが、あの中からどれを選ぶのかいまひとつ決めてが。。。
またLAからの一泊または2泊ぐらいでロマンティックにすごせる場所でおすすめがあればそれも教えてください。
