いくらなんでしょうか？
最低時給というのはレストランや会社など
業種によって違うものなのでしょうか？
また$15に上がると聞いたことがありますが
いつから上がるのでしょうか？

現在カリフォルニアに留学中です。これから住むシェアハウスの家賃を現金か小切手かVenmoで払うように大家さんから言われています。日本でデビットカードは作ってきたのでそこから払いたいのですが、ATMで引き出して(手数料一度に5ドル)現金払いが一番安く済むのでしょうか？デビットカードでマネーオーダーをつくる場合は手数料どのぐらいかかるのでしょうか？(郵送なし、手渡しです)一応口座開設もしたのですが、transferwiseを使っても日本から送金してもらうほうが手数料がかかるみたいなので…

Personal Checkだよね、普通は。#2さんもおっしゃるように領収書がわりになる。
現金は支払いの証拠がないので、後々、支払ってないとか言われそうなのでやめておいた方がいいかな。

CERTIFIED MAILが安全。
銀行のマネーオーダーは上下で同じく物を作ってくれる。
上側は自分用コピー、下側はオリジナルで相手に送るオリジナル。
送るのはCERTIFIED MAILで送れば郵便局からコピーをもらえる。

UBERは乗車側としてアカウントはありますが、自分もUBERで仕事やりたくなりました。
そこで日本人の方で既にUBERの運転手している人いたら、いろいろ教えて頂けると嬉しいです。
まずはどういうプロセス踏んで、運転手になるのか教えて頂けますか？

家を買おうとZillowなどを見ていますが、近所で同じくらいの価値に家のプロパティーTaxが大きく違うことを知りましたがどうしてでしょうか？年に５,000ドル払ってる人もいますが、800ドルしか払っていない人もいます。間取りも大きさも同じような家で隣同士です。この大きな差はどうして生まれるのでしょうか？

トランプは所得税と相続税がゼロのフロリダ州に住民票を移したそうですね。
ほとんど税金を払っていないトランプのようなビリオネアや大企業により中間層が疲弊していっているのに、そこをうまく移民や中国、日本、欧州の貿易のせいにして不満をかわしましたね。

2000年台初めぐらいまでは年収が10万ドルほどあれば「家を買って子どもがいて普通の暮らしができる」まあまあいい年収って感じでしたよね。今は20万ドル以上ないとごく普通の暮らしができない。アメリカの若者の間に社会主義が流行っているのもわかる気がするなあ。

Proposition13の為。Proposition 13 でGoogleすれば説明出てきます。長年同じ所に住んでいる人ほどタックスが少ないです。主人の両親の家は私の家の2倍以上の大きさですが長年同じ家に住んでいた為TAX私の1/3程でした。

地主や昔からのお金持ちは税金が安いという酷い法律ですね。
若者は文句だけ言って選挙に行かないですからね〜
トランプの支持率も下がってるけど反対票の多くが若者だから結局また再選しそうです。

CBD製品は酩酊する成分であるTHCが入っていないから、日本でも合法のようです。
CBDオイルは日本の楽天でも高いけど買えますよ。
日本へ輸出している人は結構それで儲けているみたい。
アメリカではスーパーでも普通に買えるようになりました。

正確にはマリファナ成分のTHCが入っていますよ
10,000ミリグラムに付き3グラム程度のマリファナを炊き出して製造するみたい
それをオイルで薄めて100ミリグラムに調整するみたい
個人でも簡単に造れるみたいですよ

CBD製品はTHCが0.3%以下と定められているからアメリカ内のスーパーならどこでも買えます。
もちろん日本でも合法です。

miomio.tvが全く開けません。miomioさんや倍金萬さんのところは普通に見れてるんですね。9tsuでも見れるものもありますね。doramadouga.jpも使ってましたが、最近はTverでしか見れないものが多くなって来て困ってます。

9tsuで見れるので問題はないですが
Miomio開くと真っ黒い画面です。
しかし見れる人と見れない人がいるのが不思議です。
Webサイト自体が機能していない感じです。

miomio開くと、簡単なゲームが出てくる。。。
これをクリアーしたらmiomioが観れるのかと思ってやってみたが違った（笑
9tsuは画質が悪すぎ。。。
Pandoraやbilibiliでも観れるし、最近はJPSHOW.NETでも観ることが出来ます。
でもJPSHOW.NETは、時々画像がフリーズします。。。
映画は絶対、「夢心地」で観る。←どこもカットされていないのでお勧め。

こんにちは。
今LA滞在８ヶ月目の学生です。
この度バイクの免許を取得したいと思い、インターネットを閲覧したのですがイマイチ勝手が分からなく投稿させて頂きました。
バイク免許を取得された方いらっしゃいましたらご教授頂けたら幸いです。
ちなみに日本では中型二輪を所持しておりバイクの運転は慣れております。
普通車免許も先月取得しました。
英語はビギナーレベルになります。
また日本のようなバイク量販店はLAにございますでしょうか？
情報お持ちの方いらっしゃいましたらよろしくお願い致します。

Motorcycle であれば、Motorcycle Safety Classというのがあちらこちらであり、DMVの実技等を行ってくれるクラスがあります。

筆記テストは 合格しなかった人が試験問題をYoutubeでアップしてるので最新のを見て勉強すれば大丈夫です。4パターン程あるらしいです。
（合格すれば試験問題は持って帰れないから）dmv written test for motorcycles で検索してください。
実技は自分でバイクを持ち込んでするのは車の時と同じです。
日曜日にDMVに行けば 誰もいない試験場で練習できますよ。直進、円の中を回る、コーンをすりぬける この３つが出来れば大丈夫です。
dmv skill test for motorcycles でYouTubeで見れます。足がつかなければ合格です。
僕は40代で取りました。扱いやすい250㏄のバイクで受けました。アメリカに来て乗ってみたくなったからです。
試験に受ければ1000㏄でも乗れます。オートバイのM1免許は大型も小型もないので。若いYKSKさんなら余裕だと思いますよ。
